I didn't realize Mora is 64 years old. It seems a bit old to take a job that might take a while to turn around. It's not like the sheep have the kind of NIL to get talent like a big time program.

I would say Mora is a B- hire. 64 is not bad. I think at a mid major you hope for 3-5 good years and then a coach moves on. but him being 64 maybe he stays 7-8 years if he does well.

I must strongly disagree.

Sawful is a F- - - - hire. Two consecutive 11th place finishes in the MWC. Oh wait, there are 12 teams. I revise and give credit where it’s due:
