Wyoming Gives up Home Game to Travel to CSU for 2026 Opener

2029 looks to have 7 homes games (surely Burman can fuck that up again)

Season ticket holders get rewarded seeing: Uconn, Northern Colorado, Southern Utah, Central Michigan, Akron, and Idaho State the next three years. That will surely spike ticket sales. Pathetic!
When viewed in this lens, North Texas was our best out of conference home game by far over the next 3 years. We just gave it away to go play at CSU. I have to think long and hard as to whether I want to give up my first row season tickets because they really have no value with the upcoming schedules and I can just go on SeatGeek and get cheap tickets day of as everyone tries to sell the unsalable.

This rings especially true with the new garbage makeup of the Mountain West starting next year. I don’t think I will even be able to give away some tickets.

Why waste the money to continue to support ineptitude and give ineptitude raises and extensions?

Would you all feel better if there was no Border War next year?
Yes. Is this a real question as to whether I’d rather a season ticket include a Sep 5 home date against an interesting opponent or rather not have a home game, have a season ticket cover less games, all in order to accommodate the team leaving us behind in a shitty MWC and suing us ? We are literally giving up our best home game over the next 3 years and going from 7 to 6 homes games so csu can avoid being curb stomped by Indiana and can go from 6 to 7 home games. The obvious answer was that csu should be traveling to Wyoming next year if it wanted the swap.

So - Are you asking a serious question?!? Because I personally don’t even see how it is remotely debatable.
