Definitely. Texas had hundreds of specialty license plates. A large number of them are for Universities if you can guarantee a minimum number sold. You can get a BYU plate there so there must be quite a few.

I've been an eGriz mod a lot longer than payton.. fyi. But I rarely agree with the dumb shit he does. eGriz was also the reason this site exists.
