We had pretty solid attendance last year - hopefully that will continue.

Let the board know what you think WyoNation! Should be a beautiful day in Laramie, with a 2pm kick-off!

Assuming the weather is as good as they are predicting right now, we will have around 25k.

The number one thing for predicting Wyoming football attendance is weather. If it's a rainy day, we won't even get 20k.

I think the people who only go to a game or two will save their money and go to the Utah game. UNI is not a high caliber opponent. The brown and gold faithful may surprise me but I expect about 20-22K in attendance.

The afternoon kick time will help. If tradition holds true for this season opener, it’ll be close to a sellout. A convincing win will ensure a sellout for the Utes. The offense needs to wake up and have a game like the New Mexico game last year, paired with a defensive domination from last week! Go Pokes!

Kaden has to have a bounce back game. Two poor performances in a row against relatively poor competition would be concerning.

My worry is that we tend to go to completely vanilla play-calling when we play these FCS teams because we are "better". We always seem to think we should be able to comfortably win the game just running our base defense and around 10 simple plays on offense. Then we end up in a tied game heading into the fourth quarter and who knows which way the game goes at that point.

I'd rather we bring some pressure on defense. Go for the deep ball early and often. Make Northern Iowa uncomfortable from the get go.

Yep. It seems we play to the level of competition. If we’re superior, I wish we would see a game where we just dominate from the beginning. Score early, often and dominate on D.
