We're planning on doing the AF game this year and looked at tickets. All lower sections from the 15 yard line to the other 15 yard line are showing sold out. Doesn't sound right. Any idea what is going on?
You’re probably right for the West side. But the East side will continue to be full and a fun place to be.Those sections are sold out all season - to season ticket holders. Which will likely prove to be somewhat identical to what happened at the AA. Of course, you may not be able to tell that for the first game (Idaho) - as everyone will want to see their seats, sit in them, etc. But after that, let the shitshow begin.
I have been somewhat regretting my choice, I could have moved to the east side (I would pick section 23) - and still been grandfathered, and saved a boatload of cash. Too late now. You’re probably right for the West side. But the East side will continue to be full and a fun place to be.
Had tickets on the lower West side and a certain request to ‘sit down’ during a huge play in the game along with the perpetual feeling like I was at a funeral and not a football game put me over the top about 8 years ago. Ended up getting first row tickets on the upper East side and have never looked back, love it, much better view to watch the game and my ticket cost is significantly lower!I have been somewhat regretting my choice, I could have moved to the east side (I would pick section 23) - and still been grandfathered, and saved a boatload of cash.
