Air Force game
I haven’t been overly vocal in my criticism of Edwards, but after watching the first 6 minutes of the first half, it’s pretty darn apparent he doesn’t adapt well. To be playing zone and Air Force is just dicing up our d just blows my mind. Something has to change like yesterday...

this is embarrassing. getting raced by Air Force!!
It’s real nice to see Hendricks back out there. He is an insane defender. He is all over the place, and isn’t a bad shooter as well

Hendricks should have had an and-1 at the end of the half. That was an egregious no call. geez

At least three of the turnovers James had were debatable if they were his fault. The one he bounced off Naughton's face, the pass to Thompson down low, and a pass to Taylor that he passed out just as Taylor cut in.

Season stats for the anointed one:
FG%: 38.3
3pt%: 26.7
FT% :74.4
Asst / TO: 1.07
Chuck up enough shots...
32.3% of all shots taken by the team
36.9% of all 3pt shots taken
27.9% of all team turnovers
I'm not blaming JJ for all of this. Edwards put it in his head that he needed to carry this team and JJ bought into his own hype.

32.3% of the shots, but also accounts for 30.3% of the scoring. Those numbers are about right. It'd be a different story if he shot 32% of the shots but only scored 10% of the points.

you are missing the point, my friend...he is trying too hard to make poop happen. If the rest of the team is so inept that he has to take a 1/3 of the shots and miss 2/3 of them, then that in itself is a reason to get rid of this coaching staff on the basis of "talent", or more accurately, the lack there of on this team. JJ is a special talent. My entire argument is based on the fact that we as fans, and obviously his coaching staff, has elevated him above the TEAM. Everyone knows that there are 5 guys on a BB team and there is no one guy that can do it all, no matter how good he is perceived to be.....
