Hudson will play before Buedo will. Nance didn't commit as of yet.

Your forgetting Paco, Martinez and Watsabaugh. I think Grabau might end up with a redshirt.

Buedo is a defensive liability, I agree Hudson would get PT before him. Hudson is no basketball stud either though...but he does offer comic relief when he launches from 35' and hits nothing but air.seattlecowboy wrote:Hudson will play before Buedo will. Nance didn't commit as of yet.

Afam? Starting? I don't see that happening. I hope to be wrong though.Cowboy Junky wrote:

Maybe we will get lucky and he will decide not to return (Hudson). Last I heard, he was somewhat undecided.SLCPoke wrote:Haha....I remember multiple times during the season laughing at some shots Hundson took.

I'm hoping Hudson was suffering from freshmenitis as I think he could be better with a coaching change. And if Cruz picks up his defense, the guy can be a major contributor on a consistent basis. I like the way he plays.SLCPoke wrote:Haha....I remember multiple times during the season laughing at some shots Hundson took.
Me, I'm spiritually retarded, I need to be knee deep in water with a fly rod in my hands, that's about as close to God as I get.

Does anyone know what Martinez's game is like? I beleive he was 2nd team JUCO AA two years ago. Nice size for a SG...can he shoot?zappinpoke wrote:Your forgetting Paco, Martinez and Watsabaugh. I think Grabau might end up with a redshirt.

Hudson is better than Buedo and Hudson was a true freshman. I see a lot of Brett Mcfall in Hudson. Hopefully he's coachable and his game gets better. There's nothing saying that he can't be a decent player as a Junior and Senior.

A kid on my team here played at juco with Martinez, he said there was some talk whether or not he is a D1 player, but he said one thing is certain. If he is left with any room at all on the perimeter its going inDoes anyone know what Martinez's game is like? I beleive he was 2nd team JUCO AA two years ago. Nice size for a SG...can he shoot
I think the kid has a very big upside now that he has real coaches.laxwyo wrote:Hudson is better than Buedo and Hudson was a true freshman. I see a lot of Brett Mcfall in Hudson. I dont know about Martinez but I do know that before one of the games last season he was sitting on the bench by the student section hitting shots with on hand from the corner without so much as a second glance at the hoop
