Ihenacho and Yuto to the portal. Linder sure did craft a plan to bury the roster and burn the place down on his way out. So kudos to him in reaching his apparent goal.

Obi Agbim from Fort Lewis enters the portal. Can’t imagine he will have many suitors.

Who?
Ihenacho - a North Dakota Fighting Hawk transfer, with 1 year eligibility.
Pangonis - another Canadian guard to follow in the other's shoes (Theodosiou).
Faubert - another Canadian (wing) see above
Agbim - a Fort Lewis transfer, with 1 year eligibility.
What will we do!?!?! OMG! And I don't blame them for bailing, too many unknowns, but I certainly am glad they are all doing it now, and not right before the season, or mid-season.

...but they can only enter the portal now and for the next 30 days and not right before the season or mid-season (they can quit and announce their intention to enter ala the California 3).
I suspect a few re-commit to Wyoming if Wicks keeps DeWeese.

I actually had high hopes for these four. I actually hope they reconsider and come back to us.McPeachy wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2024 8:05 am Who?

You did, really? My expectations of them & Wyoming hoops next year was akin to my expectations of Edwards in 2019-20. Basically extremely low expectations - I don't see any of the above four competing with the upper half + of the MWC (SDSU, NM, UNLV, Boise, CSewe, Nevada, Utard State). In fact, none of them would likely even make those 7 schools rosters. Sad how much Linder poop all over Wyoming.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2024 9:43 amI actually had high hopes for these four. Entering the portal doesn't guarantee they'll land anywhere.

the Canadians have good accolades and had some other offers that were pretty good. Plus good sizeMcPeachy wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2024 10:10 amYou did, really? Reynolds signed with TCU a month ago. Because of this and because the normal portal period is closed, he cannot transfer. Just like Wyoming, current Green Bay players have a 30 day window to enter the portal.

You guys would not believe how much a good D-1 basketball player commands in money. It’s hundreds of thousands of dollars now

It’s $2 million for a single season if you win MWC player of the year.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2024 3:47 pm You guys would not believe how much a good D-1 basketball player commands in money. It’s hundreds of thousands of dollars now
