Plus Urban coached at CSU from 1990-1995.

hmmm I did not know that. But why would Urban at this point in his life slum it at CSU? I don't think there's any way in hell Urban would associate himself with CSU nowOrediggerPoke wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 2:41 pmhttps://twitter.com/JustinTMichael/stat ... 1182498818LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 2:38 pmhuh?OrediggerPoke wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 2:30 pm That ruins my day.

You must not interact with CSU fans on twitter in any capacity. They are convinced Meyer is going to be the new head coach and Tony Alford is going to be a coordinator because CSU may be the most desirable job in football. I wish I was joking. I have seen these exact phrases from some of them.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 2:38 pmhuh?OrediggerPoke wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 2:30 pm That ruins my day.

Its insane their level of delusion. Why would Meyer (or Alford) choose a terrible Mountain West team that wont have the financial flexibility to pay them what their worth? Its incredible.

Bahahahaha! You've got to be kidding me. They are hands down the most delusional institution on the planet.ItSucksToBeACSURam wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 3:35 pmYou must not interact with CSU fans on twitter in any capacity. I could see Meyer take a 1-2 year advisory role or something with CSU where he kind of oversees football operations and helps put the staff together. Meyer doesn't need any more money. He was driven from the game from the pressures and stress and the impacts it was having on his health. Some role that isn't head coach but still has a solid paycheck and lets Meyer be involved in the college game seems to make a lot more sense than sitting at home. Remember that Meyer was on Lubick's staff and Lubick has a role and office on the CSU campus.ItSucksToBeACSURam wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 3:35 pmYou must not interact with CSU fans on twitter in any capacity. Additionally - Word from CSU fans is that Meyer has a nephew currently attending CSU.

Read that Meyer was very bitter about his 3 game suspension. That made him quit more than the health excuse. I would guess he will coach again, but not at csewe.
Thats too bad. I heard he had some health issues coming up that made the last 2 years tough. He's build a pretty decent offensive team. Needed some defense. Guess thats why he tried to hire on Hazelton.
If we only had a glimpse of that CSU pass offense this full regular season.....
