Wyoming Gameday

Is it just me or is the administration listening in terms of Gameday?

The tailgating has a really good feel and flow to it.
They are investing in a first class band and letting them play.
They are bringing back the old cheers (WYO and rip 'em up...)

The halftime show was great, the general atmosphere was great and thanks to the students for showing up...well done...now get louder!

I could not attend, but on T.V. it looked full and lively. When they went to the sidelines you could usually hear a cheer or chant coming form the crowd.

I love the way this team is playing. The running backs (and I give credit to the MLB from Air Force, he was a beast) kept running hard all the way to the last play. It is what set up the winning touchdown. If they had said at some point in the game, they got our number and we can't run. That bootleg may not have sold as hard as it did.

The more I watch them the more I like the "new" uniforms. I like the simple nature and don't care they have left the players names off the back. Makes me feel like they are making the name on the front special.

PokesAlways... stare down the barrel but don't flinch as they get the job done!

Agree fully! I've never been much of a band guy, but the band seems to be really improving!

The band is friggin awesome. They make the environment special. And those fireworks were awesome

Notes from a student here. The band is good, but it was terrible having them in the corner, nobody in the student section could hear them at all. They better be moved back to the middle or it will continue to be difficult to get the crowd in unison. I couldn't even tell when they were playing the fight song and I was in the middle of the student section let alone the far end. Also it was the most students I have seen at a game in my four years here and it was also an engaged crowd which was nice to see.

Good luck getting them moved back. They moved them because the coaching staff couldn't communicate with the players with the band directly behind them. Don't expect them back

Then they at least need to play at an angle so that more than 1 section of that side of the field can hear them, it killed the student section. You won't ever hear the students doing cowboy joe if they don't do something.

I was above the band in the upper level and couldn't hear anything they were playing. I could easily hear the Air Force band though. They Should move the band to section JJ or HH and tell them to play a little louder.
