LOL But for real.....you have to wonder. UNLV's talent level is much higher than the rest of the conference. MUCH higher.....yet it doesn't show on the court.

I think personally while Rice might have been a great assistant he isn't showing as being a great head coach. Seems to just kinda give up when things start going south. Certainly doesn't deal well with falling behind.

For me watching UNLV I see two things. Rice and Schroyer are hell of good recruiters. That being said they both are horrible coaches and do nothing with the amount of talent they have. Their team has the talent to be in contention for a National Title and I mean that seriously they have great depth and a go to guy with supporting guys that are talented enough to go off on any night. If they were better coaches this team would be super scary but they rely solely on winning with the talent and both do not know how to coach very well.
