Sitting at work during a busy day complaining about helping old people with Iphones, I'll get right on it.
 
by old people, you mean like 50+ right. not the 30 yr olds? I think the 30yr olds are pretty tech savy still!

You would be surprised how many people buy iphones that have no idea what they have bought. Most buy it because it's the thing to do not for a practical reason like using it.
