No way. Robert Benjamin was fucking terrible. Smith is a close second, though.

Yes, that I have seen. Although he is worlds better now than he was against Eastern Michigan, for whatever that is worth.

He competes and clearly cares, he just doesn’t have it at all. If we don’t make a QB change at half (Conway preferably) I’m afraid that we can’t win this game.

Not gonna just bag on the kid but I will be worried if he starts the season as #1 on the depth chart next season. He has not played well today. In my mind, this was a perfect game for him to settle in, make some plays, lead his team to victory, and build some momentum for next season. Instead he is failing miserably and looking even worse than his doubters projected. Today he does not look to fit the bill for what we need at the QB position. Hope Bohl and Vigen know something we don’t

Benjamin had an ugly ugly throw but he could at least create with his feet.

At least Benjamin had the speed to line up out wide and work with ACS to try some trick plays. Plus that scheme helped hide bad QB play...

I said this last week after Smith tried to run on the last play of the game and was called an “idiot”. I’ll say it again.

Nick Smith looks like a true freshmen quarterback.

Smith hasn't looked good today at all. Receivers aren't getting open very well either and dropping passes. Par for the course.

As far as wrost qb ever? No I would say Joe Glenn had about 4 of them that one year we were playing 4 or 5 QB's in a game. Smith probably fits in that group.

Yep! Woods only had unsuccessful series throughout the entire game. And season. But Vigen likes him at #1!

He was a 3 star recruit and did look alright a week ago. Something happened over a week to completely destroy everything he showed then.

With Josh Allen Vigen had this Offense in the bottom 10 of ALL FBS teams.
What did we expect without him?? Bohl needs to cut ties with Vigen he simply cant coach division 1 offensive football.
