Anybody have any news on the Big 12 wrestling tourney? So far all i can find is seeding and our top 2 are Meredith number 2 and Harms number 3.
 
Harms is the lone Cowboy in the Big 12 finals. I believe only 2 Pokes are out of the tournament so tomorrow is a HUGE day for qualification for the NCAAs.
 
Awesome thanks for the info. That is cool only 2 are out so far. I know joining the big 12 there is a lot more spots available for the ncaa tourney. Hope the boys have a good day tomorrow.
 
I just read the UW release and I was incorrect, 4 wrestlers are out. Stroh was probably the highlight of the day going 3-1 with 2 pins; maybe we are seeing his potential finally coming through. He had a poor season and was the 8th seed out of 10 going into the tournament. Meredith is a lock for the NCAAs but hopefully he comes back strong to take 3rd and maybe get a seed at the NCAAs.

There are many more spots now. Every weight class has at least 3 qualifiers and 125s has 6!
 
Meredith took 3rd with a pin. Stroh finished 5th. Archie is 5th. Mendenhall 4th. Templeman 4th.
 
The only one I'm not basically okay with us being behind is SDSU. The others, especially the Oklahoma schools, it's to be expected
