Is this shit for real? Wyoming was on the bubble for like four weeks in a row while they continued to beat every team in front of them and now they are not even on the bubble. It almost seems like that loss to Fresno in the media eyes complete eliminated them from everything which makes no sense at all it's not like Fresno is a bottom feeding team.

Unfortunately I think the MWC is a one bid league and we will have to win the tourny to get in the big dance.

The MWC deserves more than one bid (subjectively as far as the quality of the top teams). However, this goes to show what having some really bad teams can do to a conference RPI.

The 2007 WNIT Championship run did a lot for the Cowgirls program. They were the most exciting games I attended while on campus.

I don't think that's really the case this year. There are only 3 Top 100 RPI teams in the MWC (SDSU, FSU, UW) and if you look at their OOC performance neither WYO nor FSU won a Top 100 OOC game (both were 0-2 in such games). SDSU had a few Top 100 wins, but only one was in the Top 75 (SMU at 51).

Hard to make an-at large case for anybody other than SDSU and they will definitely be on the bubble if they don't win the conference tourney.

It's tough, but Joe needs to find a way to schedule up OOC now that Utah, TCU, and BYU are gone. Current SOS is 242. That's never going to get you an at-large bid.
