I'm going to make a prediction for the Pokes in the MWC tournament. I'm not going to predict the Cowboys will win the tourney, but I am going to predict whoever plays the Cowboys in the first game will not win the tournament. I think the Pokes make their opponents expend too much energy for their opponents to be able to go all the way. This is only if the Pokes lose the first game - which might very well not happen.

I like your logic, except that I do not think we have that much impact on New Mexico with their depth.
I think UNLV wins the tournament this year, no matter who they play in any round, including us. They are too close to being the top team in the conference anyway and they have home court throughout.
