Who Owns The Mtn channel?

Is it the MWC conference? Did the conference get money from BCS bowls or did the schools just divide it up? Anyhow, they need to take some of that BCS bud and invest it into getting the Mtn into HD all the time and make it affordable for the cable companies to carry it in HD. The regular feed for games is pretty terrible. Wyoming had a football game in HD (I think it was CSU) at the end of the season. They had my cable company listed (sweetwater cable) as a carrier for the game. I went to the channel listed for the HD feed and nothing. Did anyone actually see any of the games in HD? The reason I ask is because some of the MWC tournament games will be in HD. Thanks all.

I was thinking the Mtn was 50% owned by Comcast and 50% owned by CBSCS. That may have changed when Direct TV got involved.
