Larry Nance had a big game last night in Columbus, against the #7 team in the country.
17 points, and 12 rebounds.
As someone else said last night, that when he scored that first bucket, the light kinda turned on, and Larry realized he could score on them.
With him putting up 17 and 12 against an elite team, on the road, do you think there is a chance Larry has turned a big step in his career?
Will he have a new confidence, and determination to score down low, and get rebounds?
A game like last night, although a loss, should be big for the teams confidence.
I hope it really got Nance's confidence up. We have all said that this is HIS team. If he plays like that the rest of the season, he could average 17 and 12 the rest of the way out. Considering we have a handful of OOC games left, then teams like Fresno, CSU, AFA, SJSU, Nevada in conference play, Nance should be a big scorer, and rebounder.
I hope last night was Nance's coming out party.
