really bad lineup of teams in this tourney.

Actually there are some pretty decent teams in there. Lehigh has played good even without C.J.McCollum. Richmond is tough as is ND St., George Mason, Vermont and Santa Clara. Purdue has been playing a lot better lately.

I actually think all of those teams I listed above are playing better than Wyoming right now and would probably beat them. With that said I hope we play well.

Funny that we are one of the bigger name basketball schools in it.
Wyoming, Texas, Richmond, Purdue, and George Mason.
We better win more than 1 game this season. We better make it to the semi finals at least...

Just depends on who we play and where we play them. We could win a couple of games or we could get knocked out in round 1.

Was it South Dakota State or North Dakota State that beat UNM in the Pit?

It was South Dakota St. They beat North Dakota St. in their conference championship game. Both teams are good.

Wow....Lehigh. The team that beat Duke in last years NCAA tourney as a 15 seed.

Wyoming has never played the Lehigh Mountain Hawks before. BTW, Lehigh used to be known as the Engineers.

Yeah, if Lehigh still had McCollum I am sure they would be dancing. It looks like they are coming to Laramie. Good opportunity for the Pokes.

Wait a minute...so Air Force got screwed out of EVERYTHING? They are a much better team than us...and got screwed.

Yeah they probably would. Of course Bucknell has been tough this year out of that league also. So Wyoming is playing Lehigh in the first round then? I didn't see who we were playing.

Lehigh in the first round in Laramie. If the Pokes win, they would face winner of NDSU/WMU. That game is at Western Michigan, but NDSU is the better team by a significant margin IMO.

I agree. I actually don't think Wyoming would beat ND St. either but maybe they will surprise me if they get by Lehigh.

Hey guys!

I've been waiting for this for years! I live in Bethlehem which is where Lehigh is located. Lots of friends attend/attended Lehigh, been to plenty of their games, not so much this year though.

They are going to be a tough match. They are very well coached and their kids play hard

CBI is all about money.. Clune isn't exactly known as a money maker.

AF's best player - Lyons - got hurt in the first round tourney game and they probably would miss him as much or more than we miss Martinez.

I find it amazing that AFA didn't make the NIT, they swept us, beat SDSU, UNLV, Boise State and New Mexico.
8-8 in MWC play is deserving of NIT...

Wyoming vs. NDSU would interesting in round 2.....I think the Pokes can make a run in this thing if they're up for it.
