Laramie, with students, is closer to 40K than 25K...not that it means much...but 20K of 40K is 50%, still which is considerably worse than a lot of places...
I ain't gonna win this debate, nor do I care that much, but 20K to watch D1 football sucks ass regardless the population density, weather, elk, opponent, holiday, etc.
