Yeah you can find some vids. UT has a guy recording it down as it disappears just like other languages. I know 1 man who lives about an hour's drive away in traffic who grew up speaking it. He's over 50 now and he was an oops baby. His sister was born in the 40s. It doesn't have many speakers.
Language majors have became fewer and fewer over the last several years.

I wish the local community college to me would drop Arabic and Chinese.

Well, I'm going to go back to my own valley now before I have to whip one of the smart!!!! on here LOL.

Drop Chinese? I assume you mean Mandarin...that would be pretty foolish IMO. As far as job security, the top 3 languages someone in the US should learn are Spanish, Japanese and Mandarin...maybe French too.

Arabic, actually.. I think it's the first or second most spoken language in the world.

I was thinking Arabic as well, but according to this link to Wikipedia (I know, I know, never site Wikipedia...well I just did, sue me). Mandarin is #1, English #2, Spanish #3 and Arabic #4 in total number of speakers in the World.

Still, Arabic wouldn't be a bad language to learn as well, the Middle East is starting to finally open up to the rest of the world.

Really? Despite Spain once colonizing and controlling most of the Americas at one point? Other than Brazil, from Mexico on South, it's a Spanish speaking paradise.

It's less, but the reach of Spanish into the US and other countries is farther-reaching than Mandarin or Arabic.

Plus a lot of words in English were originally Spanish or still is. Think of ALL of the Mexican restaurants here in the States, fast-food or otherwise.

Also, the word Cowboy came from Spanish.
