Utah state beating byu at halftime

Ha ha ha ha ha!!!!! It's a comedy of errors out there. Byu is down to fourth string qb and losing in Logan by 12 points

I almost feel bad for byu starting 1-4 with a likelihood of going 1-6 to start the year... almost feel bad!!! [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

The funny thing is Utah state didn't look great but byu looked that bad.

It happens when you play 3rd and 4th string qbs when you already have a terrible offense.

I actually came away feeling good about playing them. Not to mention we get them the week after our bye

I thought the same thing, these guys are going to be 1-6. They leave the MWC, yet half of their scheduled games are vs. MWC teams. Sort of wish we had them scheduled.

Sad thing is there schedule after the next two games is so bad for byu they may get a bowl game

Eastern Carolina Umass unlv San Jose state Fresno and Hawaii to end the season

Hey guys! Utah State fan here. Wow. Well, an ugly win is still a win.

I would like to point out that when we beat BYU in 2014 in Provo, we did it with our third string QB, and a converted LB as RB.

Yeah, this isn't going to be a great year for us. I'm hoping with a few breaks we can get bowl eligible. Tonight helped. We just need three more wins, and we have UNLV and New Mexico on the schedule.

Good luck tomorrow against Texas State, although you shouldn't need much. The Pokes are always my second favorite team in the conference!

Go Pokes! Go AGGIES!

I wouldn't say that Utah st looked good. They looked slightly better than terrible which what BYU was. That being said, we don't look good and I'm always worried about a game in Logan

On a related note (read to the end)

Draper, UT(AP) -A seven-year old boy was at the center of a Utah courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him.

The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulation requiring that family unity be maintained to the highest degree possible.
The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her.

When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried and said that they also beat him.
After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him.

After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the BYU football team, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.
