It's pretty old but as with all things it's only on paper and until it becomes a reality it's just blowing smoke.

Gov. Matt Mead recommends $20M for UW athletics training center

The University of Wyoming could receive $20 million in state funds to build a sports training center for students and Olympic-caliber athletes, if a budget recommendation by Gov. Matt Mead is approved by the Legislature.

Assuming that we keep on pace with this plan our budget by 2021 would be 48.8 million. Now if we are ahead of the game and our increases are more than our conference members there is no reason we won't be in the top four of the conference. Now wouldn't that be achieving what everyone wants?
