I have a friend whose daughter just started her first year at Utah on a gymnastics scholarship. Wonder how this will affect her.

BTW, he (my friend) went to Wyoming back in early '90s on a football scholarship.

Yikes.

Getting back to playing will help, but overall state budgets probably look even worse next year in most Western states. Tough times ahead for anything that relies on tax money.
