Pumphrey is a great RB, no doubt about that. But he also gets to pad his stats against SJSt, Hawaii and Fresno this year who are all terrible against the run. Plus he doesn't have to play against his own team which is very good against the run.
For the Pokes, Hill is definitely the right guy.
