The University of Wyoming men’s basketball team will begin the 2016-17 season in Torrington, Wyo., when the Cowboys host Chadron State for an exhibition game at 7 p.m. MT on Thursday, Nov. 3. The outreach event with the NCAA Division II Eagles will be played at Eastern Wyoming College’s Petsch Activities Center.
