I am printing off my glowing reference letter, will need to mail it to the Idaho AD... :D

Seriously though I do believe that Tormey is overall a better head coach than he is a D' Coordinator. His history is when he is a D' Cord his D's are not that good but in his first stint at Idaho he was overall 9 games over .500 and in his 4 years at Nevada he was on the up and up every season. Going from 2 wins in his first season to 6 in his last. He is better as the head guy then he is as a D' Cord... so truly I hope he is hired on at Idaho, I do believe that it will benefit him and the Wyoming defense.
 
Idaho is taking the Bill Snyder approach for sure. The Vandals team Tormey is inheriting is terrible, unlike his previous run there. Give him credit though, he knew how to win in Moscow.

The bad part about that is Idaho and that area actually gets some pretty solid recruits.
 
From @SR_JoshWright: I've heard what @footballscoop reported: San Jose St. OC and former Vandals QB Brian Lindgren will interview for Idaho job.

if he does get it wouldn't that be interesting in a quick turnaround in wins, maybe we need a head coach that duals as our AD as well...lol
 
Read that Tormey is a finalist.

I think he is a great fit, and a great coach, and that Idaho would make a mistake by not hiring such an innovative, inspiring leader for their program. In fact, I heard he was talking to Arkansas, so Idaho better jump on him pretty quick. Like now.
