Base salary is actually quite low (300K)....has to hit ALL of his incentives/bonuses to reach $1.1 million. Only coach that is rumored to have a base salary above $1 million in the MWC is Boise's Harsin (rumored base salary of $1.4 million). McElwain can get up to $1.4 million I believe after all his bonuses. Fresno may have to pay up for DeRuyter soon.

His base is 300k, but he is guaranteed another 450k. He is guaranteed 750k per year, and that will increase by 50k each year.
