Alabama just gave their head football strength and conditioning coach his 2nd raise this year (in order to keep Georgia from poaching him); he will make at least $600,000 a year.

With that, he would make more than about 30 FBS head coaches, and would be ~#40 on the FBS assistant coach list.

We better not give the players a bigger stipend or anything like that, it would ruin the amateurism of the sport
