There is not a single coach that should not be fired

I'm curious as to if posters think that Sawvel will be back next year? Not whether you think he should be back, but given the politics of the entire situation, our "lifetime athletic director," a coach that clearly was not ready for this type of position, the buyout involved, a Board of Trustees and a President that don't care. This would basically require Burman having a press conference, admitting he doesn't know what he's doing but that he likes making $550,000 a year so he's keeping his job but indicating the coach has been terminated. There is not any other way out of this. Do posters and message board followers think Sawvel will be back next year?

I heard sawvel cornered a woman at a bar and there was a bad incident. Not joking. Hopefully that is enough to fire him for cause
 
Certain motivations were dominant in the hire and those motivations will keep everything in place next season robbing the WYO taxpayers.
 
Been saying this since the ASU game.

There is 0% chance for success with Sawvel as our head man. Any season with him in charge is just a wasted season.

Zero chance Wyoming fires Sawvel outside of Sawvel being arrested for a criminal act. Burman got Wyoming into this mess with a baffling contract.

Just a rumor going around, but quite a few know about it. I’ve known for a couple months. Mingles I think? Long shot, maybe something will come of it

Aaron Bohl DC for sure throw him out like the trash...the others I'm on the fence...but there's NO way we're competitive in the last 2 with good top 10 and top 20 talent.

Rebook for next year and maybe look for some Cowboy Tough troops to come thru the 7220 in 25
 
If true, this could doom him for sure. If this is false, or a horrible rumor that someone started because of being a frustrated fan, that’s unacceptable. He may be a coach that’s in over his head, but he doesn’t deserve public slander if it is an unsubstantiated rumor.

Well said. I haven’t heard from anyone that Sawvel is a bad person. I’ve only heard generally positive things. My sense is that he is probably a good guy but I obviously don’t know him to make that conclusion.
