I hope we don't fall. I am happy that we atleast made a nice run. But I'm going to try to remember this team for the mwc tourney run and doing things the right way.

Nance all over Sportscenter right now. No fall. No fail. Such a good experience for them.

67 teams will lose in this tournament. Only 1 will win. There is no shame in a loss at this level. UNI is legit. They could make a deep run in this thing. I enjoyed the ride and am proud of these kids. Remember this season, because it was special. See you in the fall!

You know when people talk about players being adjusted to the big time not letting it to get to them I honestly think Hankersons time at Alabama is why he was the only one on the team today with nerves of steel.

No one came to play or they were all just blown away by the process and it was so big and in their face. Hankerson played like it was a normal game except of all people he went above the expectations today but I really wish he would have had those games Nov - Feb.

It's going to be a very long brutal and boring 6 months waiting for Football let the countdown begin!

Good point about Hankerson. The dude came to play. It's too bad his back injury robbed him of a great season, but he sure as shit showed up when we needed him, though.

It's gonna be a long one til football. Now it's time to tie flies and in a couple months fly fishing for the summer

While I am sad to see this season end, I cannot wait to hit the water! This is the year of my CuttSlam!!!

You guys have absolutely nothing at all to be ashamed of. You didn't quite have the horses to finish but UNI is a solid program that had a great year. I really hope to see Wyo back at (or at least very near) the top of the conference next year. It's what the MW needs oh so badly .... for all the the schools to step up and get some recognition and become a tough out. Congrats to Wyoming - some very positive first steps.

It all depends on our schedule next year, but I can see us making the NIT at minimum. Following year, back in the dance....

We're watching that. Gotta get more snow in the mountains or the runoff will be done by may. Where did you get your slam?

Very true. We need snow or there won't be any fish left to catch come Aug.

Ah, the cuttslam. I could probably write a book on this.

The Bonneville and the Colorado River cutthroat are the harder of the four. A great place to get the Colorado river cut is in the Sierra Madre mountains by Baggs. For the Bonneville Smith's Fork by Cokeville is a good bet.

Grays river for the Snake River cutt and any one of the many streams in the Cody area for the Yellowstone. What fun!

I agree with this one.
Me too. Small step back but with the improvement of James and Conway we should be back to the dance in short order.
