Wyoming has always had a solid following. The turnouts at road games are great. Its getting people to make the trip out to Laramie that's the problem. Its the same problem the Idaho Vandals have. Its not that Wyo fans don't care, its the trip overall that's the issue.

what i thought is interesting is that this shows us having a stronger following than SDSU....combine that with our winning record vs them and our stronger bowl history it just proves how gut check the big east is

SDSU is in a bigger market, gets better game attendance, and overall as a program has a higher ceiling than Wyoming. That's the name of the game in conference realignment. Its not necessarily fair, but its reality.
