Texas St. giving Nevada all they can handle

Reno has been inconsistent all year. Great one week, okay the next, terrible after that, then good again....and now average-looking. Classic Ault football. The hope is when you spin the Nevada football wheel, you don't land on the UNR team Cal and Hawaii saw.
 
New Mexico runs the triple option now. Pretty pesky, just like AFA. Their overall effort as a team has improved too.'

With that said, doesn't take much to improve on the Locksley era.

They may run all over us but did you see how many passing yards Utah State is racking up? 242 passing yards in the first half, at this rate Utah State will have close to 500 passing yards total. I like our odds in this game.
 
Texas State is an improved program, but UNR should have played better. Lots of weak performances in the MWC this week.
