I’m interested to see how this team matches up. ESPN BPI is predicting we lose, but I can’t imagine it has much data on this team. Go Pokes!!!

Vegas has the Pokes anywhere from a 9 1/2 to a 10 point favorite, depending on the book. I guess we will see who is right in a little over 2 hours.

2nd game in 2 that we came out cold and sloppy to start the second half.

Sunny has to be prepping some juice.

Hope this isn’t a pattern with this team going forward. Both games have played like total Sh#t the whole 2nd half.

We look tired. With Marble and Foster out from a team that's already short filled scholarships: its a problem.

It sure would have been nice to have Marble, Foster, and Ike for this one. They'll all play this year now that it's Covid do-over.

Maybe we're lucky that Covid hit this year, because there's going to be nights like this, especially when Linder pocketed a couple of scholarships for next year, Ike is still recovering from knee surgery, Marble and Foster are contact tracing....If you get a guy in foul trouble missing five scholarships, you're screwed. At least no one loses a year of eligibility this season.

It might be a long season with our short bench and Covid randomly putting people on the sideline.

Covid has turned this years football season AND this years basketball season into a series of glorified scrimmages.

The only positive is this was a very good team with lots of transfers and veterans that have played alot of basketball. Hopefully this is a game to live and learn from costly mistakes and such, dropping such a lead and I bet Coach Linder is happy this took place this early in the season. Live and Learn....well

Make free throws, win close games. Miss them and lose. We also had the last shot of the game until Thompson did his best hockey goon impression.

With our full squad we are going to be in most/all of our conference games. There will be growing pains and I guess this was that. Williams and Odon are building blocks for a contending team in the Mountain West.

We'll see what transpires the rest of the year...young team...first year under new coach. Early impression is that this may be the ultimate make/miss team.
