Honestly, getting bowl eligible will be a huge task fron my view. We had to have Texas State and CSU to get to a bowl game.

@SJSU? loss
FRESNO? loss
@Boise? loss
Hawaii? win
@USU? win/loss

Mark it. Nov 30 @ usu won't be for conf title. That game will be for usu or us getting bowl eligible.

It was well known before the season that Wyoming could not afford many mistakes in the first half of the schedule. The 2nd half is significantly tougher minus Hawaii. It will be very tough for this team to become bowl eligible. It just might come down to that USU game.

We will be lucky to win a game. Best case scenario 6-6. With our schedule, we don't deserve a bowl at 6-6 either. I thought last year was the worst cowboys defense ever. I now think this years is absolutely the worst Wyoming defense to ever take the field.

Herron and Madden should be benched too.

Herron is surprisingly disappointing this season.

Why can't our WRs get open? So much depth right? Yet, it seems like Rufran is the entire WR core, with a little help from Gentry.

What about Nico Brown or that Krill dude? Hell wasnt Sewell supposed to be a 3 star guy?

Sewell has apparently been sick this season, so he's been out.

Realistically I see the Hawaii game as being much tighter than most imagine. I am totally fed up with U w athletics right now.....from Burman offering half price season tickets and basically telling the long time season ticket holder to get screwed (was told that they would change my seat location to the half price seats if I wanted...but as it is I can sit just about anywhere in the stadium given the attendance at games) to the pathetic defense that has been on the field every game, I'm done. I left at half and made it home in time to see the see the final quarter and obviously didn't miss a thing. I've been chided on this board for not understanding the landscape of college football today and recalling defenses that kept us in games most times but this is pathetic. A recent post said that CDC was hired to improve the offense and put cheeks in the seats....I would counter that he was hired to win games or at least keep us competitive but on a beautiful October afternoon with more fans in the stadium than I remember in a long time, the Cowboys laid an egg against their rival.....how's that going to improve attendance. I know that there will be two good season tickets available next year and for the remaining two home games.....I'm tired of spending money to see the lack of improvement put forth by Cowboy football....no weather delay to blame it on today.....just got our asses handed to by a CSU team that might be the third best team in Colorado. I will always remain a Cowboy fan but just like with the basketball program I am done traveling to see the Pokes play in person!

As for the the thread question....they might beat Hawaii and that will be it.

Finish 5/7. Only beat Hawaii because they've mailed it in more than us at that point in the season.

This is a bad football team.

Wait! Maybe even Hawaii will be a loss. Why? It appears that the opposing defensive coordinators have figured out that the Pokes offensive line is the weak spot and so just get through and put the heat on Smith every play. Has been working lately, hasn't it? The Poke receivers haven't figured out how to get open when Smith has to scramble.
