Cowboy Joe Club News. . .
The Club hosted a dinner following the Texas State victory last Saturday night for all members of the Steer-A-Year program. The dinner attracted a large number of members of that vital part of the Club.

Congratulations to a Sheridan team for winning the 2011 Cowboy Joe Club Golf Championship at the Jacoby Golf Course. W-Club going strong. . .
As of this morning there are 518 members of the W-Club. Jack Tennant, who heads up the resurgent organization, is thrilled with the response he's received from former student athletes. Tennant is planning the Club's first major event on Homecoming Weekend, October 15th. The event will be a special opportunity for letter-winners to return to Laramie and re-connect with the program, see old teammates, share old stories, and create new memories.

The event will include a pre-game tailgate at Tailgate Park from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m., and an end zone recognition minutes prior to Wyoming taking Jonah Field to battle the UNLV Rebels. Food, soft drinks, T-shirts and reduced-price football game tickets will be available to W-Club members. If you haven't become a member as yet, memberships are available by contacting Tennant at the Cowboy Joe Club office, 307-766-6242. You also may go online for more information at www.wyowclub.com.
