Cowboy Joe Club News. . .
It's always tough to see someone leave our athletic family, especially when that person has done a great job. We are saying goodbye to Josh Rebholz who for the past five years has guided the Cowboy Joe Club through some of its most successful times. Josh is going to UCLA to work for its athletic fundraising arm and we wish him the very best. His cutting edge ideas pushed all of us to improve.
At the same time we are excited to welcome back Randy Welniak who is replacing Josh. Randy's body of work at Wyoming is well documented. His previous experience in the Cowboy Joe Club as well as his Hall of Fame years as a Cowboy quarterback make him very well suited to return to his alma mater.
Once again the Club's popular Golf Series was extremely successful. This year's tour netted almost $187,000! Thanks to all who participated.
