Just watched FSU coach WT on his team walk to the stadium on ESPN. He had one officer on each side of him. For years we have seen many college coaches with state patrol officers on their hip while they come on and off the field. I have always thought this was comical, but am I missing something? What the hell is going to happen to them? There is security throughout all stadiums. Who pays for this? Is it coach requested? Has a UW coach ever had this protection? So many questions. I remember Howard Schnellenberger, I believe from Louisville, had protection in Laramie when I was pretty young. Has anyone else brought protection to Laramie? Just wondering what others think.
