Wouldn't give the NDSU coach credit for beating Kansas State because K-State is a bad team in a down year, rebuilding mode etc. etc.
Did you see K-State destroyed #25 Texas Tech today? Beat them by 23 and almost put 50 up on them on the road.
Talking all that crap on K-State and they are 5-4 overall (5-3 minus that NDSU game) and 3-3 in the Big 12.

I don't get how you guys weren't giving NDSU credit for that in the first place.
It doesn't matter if a team is in a down year or rebuilding year, if a FCS school beats a FBS school, ESPECIALLY a BCS team, and even more impressive, a team who played in a BCS Bowl they year before, it's always a big time win.

+1

I've always given credit to NDSU.

Having said that i think all this talk about Bohl being the next coach at Wyoming is just that. Talk. After reading a couple of articles about him i don't see him coming to Wyoming at all. He has it way better where he is now

I think people need to start looking elsewhere because Bohl isn't going to want to come to Wyoming to be a head coach.

This is why we are mediocre. We've done this song and dance before, and then we wonder why we're mediocre. Get somebody that is already a successful coach at the FBS level... SDSU and Hoke= perfect match. Utah and Meyer= Perfect match.

DC (First time HC)= mediocre
Glenn (FCS Success)= mediocre
Koenning (First time HC)= Terrible
Dimel (First time HC)= Good
Tiller (First time HC)= Mediocre

Let get a Top MAC school coach who makes significantly less and would be swayed to come, even if it was just for a few years. Utah has been a complete success since Meyer. They've only fallen since moving to the PAC 12, but still seem pretty competitive.
Has SDSU had a losing season since Hoke. I know Rocky has only been at the helm two years, but he is working on two winning seasons.
Thats proof to me that moving for an already successful FBS HC works.

Chip kelly.... OC at an FCS school then hired by the ducks to be the OC for 2 seasons. Then got his first head coaching job. 5 years later in the NFL.
He had no head coaching experience. And was only an OC in major college football for two years before he became the head coach.

Beave, I've given you our past. Pretty much all low to mediocre. We all want success, so why dont we go about it different for once. Lets go for some one who knows how to win week in and week out at OUR level already.

Chip Kelly? How many Kellys do you think there are in football? And with our past history in this matter, do you think we would even land a Chip Kelly?
