Degree of difficulty has just increased.

1) Picture in article sure looks like Shyatt.
2) Hope it wasn't a heart related problem.
3) Game on ROOT TV, in spite of Denver Post not listing it.

Really good job by coach Edwards and staff. They managed foul trouble well, kept a steady hand when things were going very badly, stuck with the zone game plan rather than scrap it when it was looking like we couldn't stop a sixth grade team with it, and I thought the 3/4 court press in the last five minutes really got us over the hump - slowed AF down and got the key turnover. Only mistake I thought was wasting the use-it-or-lose-it time out at the end of the first half. We got the ball back with 5.7 seconds left and should have drawn something up. Anyways, coach Edwards deserves a lot if credit for this one.

Good point. Thought he made a gutsy, but necessary, call putting Nance back on the floor with 2 fouls with about 8 minutes to go in the first half (or thereabouts, don't quote me on the exact time). Looked like AFA was running away with it, but they seemed to play steady and compete after that point.

Yeah, that was a good call by Edwards and a good job by Nance of keeping away from that third foul. He's not only our best at scoring, rebounding, blocked shots, and steals, he's probably our smartest player out there.

Yeah, that was key. Couldn't let it go any longer there. He understood that was a key spot in the game.

I really hope Coach Edwards sticks around. He could very well be the "heir apparent" of the program if he learns all he can from Papa Shy. Huge game tonight for the team and for Coach Edwards!!

I wish I would have seen this post last night.

I don't know if he will be the heir of the program, I think he got the nod as interim head coach for this game because he was the scout leader for the AFA game.

Case in point if Larry Shy is out for the Nevada game, I think Jeremy Shy would get the nod as interim Head coach, because he was the scout leader for that game.
