Trying to remember the name of one that is out by the Territorial Prison. Been there several times (had friends living there, now they moved). Just can't remember the name. Maybe one of the other local Poke fans can help with the name. It's by Sunny Meadows, but that is not the name of it.

KOA! That was the name. Right next to Sunny Meadows, but closer to a main road going into the main part of Laramie than Sunny Meadows is.

For tailgating / RV game parking...

Are you a CJC member? If so, you may be able to park in an RV spot (stadium lot) or (brown lot). If not, I have been told you can park at the baseball complex, softball complex, or street-side. From any of those places, you are a mere 5 minute walk max. Then you can hang with the good peeps in the Stadium lot, or head to tailgate park...both of which are good times.
