Great for Robert! That is awesome. But, how in the hell did that happen? DC could not develop anyone...so how did he get so good?

I am excited for Robert and his NFL potential. Sadly, he will be the last great receiver out of Wyoming for awhile.

If your O-line is no good and your quarterback is always on the run it's hard to showcase your receivers.

But, in truth one-smooth-poke is clearly just a DC fan (or friend or family member) and not a fan of UW football so he wouldn't know any of that.

The real question is why couldn't DC assemble a competitive team with such talent?

Ummm...I wouldn't call Herron a great WR. He was good but not great. And Malcolm Floyd wasn't anything special at UW, didn't turn into a good WR until 2-3 years into his pro career.

Someone posted the results of the Los Angeles area track meet from Herron's senior year.. the only guy faster than him? D'Anthony Thomas.. they finished 1/2 in most events they ran against each other, including relays.
