I've followed NFL football pretty closely for the past decade plus. I don't have any statistical data, but just what I've seen from looking at many rosters. If a team has four RBs on the roster, it's because one of them is actually a FB (like Drew VanMaanen). And even that is becoming rarer, as almost half of the league's teams didn't carry a FB in 2016. But I don't think I've ever seen a 53-man active roster with four HBs included.marcuswyo said:What information do you have that says most teams don't carry four running backs other than you just saying so? I've been wrong before and will be wrong again, but a projection is the closest I can get without actually doing time consuming research.
