I still stand by the opinion that Burman has done an acceptable to good job as AD.
Fans like to go off the rails about perceived wrongs, and the AD is an easy target for everything that doesn't go the way we want it to...but there's a lot more to being an AD than meets the eye, and a lot of things that aren't necessarily in his hands (or aren't completely within his control).
He's made some mistakes, he's had some gambles that didn't pay off, and he's had some relative home runs as well.
There's always room for improvement, but I think if you consider a lot of the sh** he's had to deal with and navigate through, and the difficulties of being an AD in Laramie, Wyoming in the modern era, UW Athletics is in a pretty decent spot overall and has come through some difficult transitions relatively cleanly.
So I'd say somewhere between "meh" and "good", leaning towards good.
