Predicting the Final MWC Standings

Alright- time to start throwing out MWC Standings Predictions!! Here's mine, trying not to be a homer in any way.

Mountain Division:

1. Boise State
2. Utah State- I know a lot of people think they will drop, but no way- their defense returns A LOT and Chuckie Keeton
3. Wyoming
4. Air Force
5. Colorado State
6. New Mexico

West Division:

1. Fresno State
2. San Diego State
3. San Jose State
4. Nevada
5. UNLV
6. Hawaii

Overall:

1. Boise State
2. Fresno State
3. Utah State
4. San Diego State
5. Wyoming
6. San Jose State
7. Nevada
8. Air Force
9. Colorado State
10. New Mexico
11. UNLV
12. Hawaii

Those are almost my exact thoughts, maybe swap UNM/CSU......there is a part of me that wants to put SDSU ahead of Fresno, only because Fresno plays a lot of road games that historically have tripped them up (That and historically when Fresno is expected to be good, they flop)....but overall I cannot disagree with these picks. Mine would be about the same.

MTN:
1 Boise St.

West:
1 Fresno St.

Championship: Fresno St. @ Boise. Boise wins.

LITB:

Everything is the same, except switch Wyo and Boise. Fresno @ Wyo for championship. Wyo wins.

I think CSU is still a shit program and NM is going to surprise some people. Mostly because I think USU drops off. I have UNLV as a small surprise, but nothing great, maybe a 6-6 or 7-5 team, but I have them ahead of Hawaii because Hawaii sucks. I have them above Nevada because I think Nevada is going to be terrible in conference play after their brutal OOC schedule. And UNLV over SJSU because I think SJSU drops off a little bit more than expected.

I'd go with this except I think UNM is too high still. Not sold on USU because they lose many of their skill players, their head coach (only coach in years to do anything in Logan), and many of their assistant coaches. Therefore, I'd put AFA above USU, but both after Wyoming.

In the West I'd put UNLV behind Nevada, but both after SJSU.
