potential b-ball commit?

haha I would love to see how competitive he would be on the hardwood....but he's 6'3...I hope he can dunk!

6'3 and white is no guarantee to dunk... Greg Bolling told me he liked hoops more than football once but Glenn wouldn't let him do both

I don't know why. Scottie Vines was a beast at both while he was in Laramie!

If you are an athlete at 6'3", then you should be able to dunk- whether you're white or not, doesn't matter.

I was on an intramural basketball team with Malcom Floyd. Our offense involved throwing the ball near the rim from him to dunk. At 6-6 it was pretty easy!

Depends on how you define "athlete" I suppose. I suspect some of our OL (who are all 6'3"-6'4") might have a difficult time touching the rim, much less dunking it.

I suspect that many folks would be surprised at what some of the linemen can do--especially the younger guys who have not yet added a bunch of excess "playing" weight. Most of the high-level athletes I have known have been extremely versitile and leaping ability shows up in most examples of athleticism.

I played in an outdoor pickup game one spring day in Laramie with a few football players including Malcom and Jacques Finn (who I was responsible for guarding, and who I think at one point was set to walk on to the basketball team, and who dunked on me viciously exactly once). Malcom pretty much dominated by throwing down anything remotely near the rim - follow up dunks or lobs.

Malcolm Floyd is 6'6 and long and an NFL reciever he is gonna slam, im saying i know plenty of 6'3 athletes that cant dunk
