Maybe they can add the slogan from the Bolder Boulder 10K race: "Sea Level is For Sissies". The Gay and Lesbian Coalition in Colorado is vigorously protesting this slogan, so perhaps that is all the more reason to adopt it.

It's definitely better than last years, but not a great poster. I would prefer to see players in action and possibly a little less head coach visibility. For all the Vanity that CDC had he was never front and center on the poster. I see they went with all seniors this year, but I don't see Rufran on it. Maybe i just can't see him.

DC was the only person on the poster in 2009. Remember the "Whole New Rodeo" slogan?

Oh man I totally forgot about that!!! I thought it was just a poster introducing DC as a new coach. I had no clue it was the season poster. Forget what i said earlier, that poster was the definition of vanity.

Can you blame him or the athletic department?

DC was the hottest assistant in the country the 2 years before.
Everyone talked about how Wyoming was getting a great coach and things were going to be changing at UW.

How is what Bohl doing any different than DC did?

Oh, because DC was the only person on the poster then, that means Bohl is a better coach?

I don't know, I just get tired of people acting like Bohl is saving this program after DC drove it in the dirt, when in fact, he wasn't any worse than what we had, and in all reality, better than what we had.

Let's not forget 4 straight Bronze Boots.
We will always have that to remember, and can thank DC for it.

DC got some pretty good QB's, that is something Bohl seems to have a hard time doing...at least at the beginning of his era in Laramie.

Well, he had a significantly shorter amount of time to recruit, so there is that. And QBs tend to be some of the first to be signed.

There is also more importance placed on the quarterback in DC's system.

Yeah, I'll be the first to say that Bohl's first class isn't likely to be a group of world beaters...to say the least. But he started waaaay late. Hard to expect much in recruiting when you start in January. And yeah, QBs often commit before the summer is out. If you're getting a QB commit late in the process.....chances are its cause nobody else wanted that kid. I'll worry about Bohl's ability to recruit QBs when the time comes....all the elite QBs commit early, and then the domino effect begins. Bartlett will be one of those dominoes here soon.

DC's first class wasn't a bunch of world beaters either. Maybe 10% of them worked out. You're going to miss on a lot of recruits when you rush to put a class together. Shamiel Gary and ACS were both a part of that class.

Anytime there's a new coach, the athletics department should highlight them in anyway they can. Joe Glenn and DC both had their own posters. I have a poster with Paul Roach and Dabby Dawson in storage, it's gone on all the way back to the 80's.

The greatest poster of all time is the 1995 Marcus Harris "It's a Great Catch" poster.

Wasn't Alvester Alexander too?
