Pokes in NFL preseason week 2

I would suspect that the Felix Jones signing is a strong clue that AA is cut. I just don't see the Steelers cutting Redman, Bell, Dwyer or LaRod Stephens-Howling. AA could still be signed to the Steelers practice squad if he clears waivers.

I wonder how hard he practices. There were always rumors that he was lazy. I think he has a lot of talent, but he might not be willing to put in the work.
 
A couple former Pokes looked good in week 3. Mitch Unrein recorded a sack of Sam Bradford and Tashaun Gispon had a redone INT.
 
Alexander made the cut to 75! I was actually a bit surprised. He is listed as 6th on the Steelers depth chart, but with Bell out for awhile, he just might make the team. Still an uphill battle. Felix Jones and LaRod Stephens-Howling are fairly similar runners. So perhaps the Steelers release LaRod Stephens Howling and Alexander makes the team.
