Could we PLEASE get a defensive coordinator who is proven and has had success? If he's a good recruiter, that would be a plus. Maybe Alabama's or LSU's DCs?

I doubt UW has the money to lure those DC's over. As head coaches maybe, assistants? Unlikely.
