Pokes Add Walk-On Kicker

I already read about the new kicker coming in last week, so that is good to hear, but I just read the article about Puetz and Criss leaving. Especially Puetz who was on schalrship and recieved a starting job is the confusing part.
 
Since it said "personal reasons," I'm sure something pretty serious came up as he sounded excited about becoming a starter. Stinks, but it happens.

I read that he got "burned out" - if that's the case, it's chicken++++!

He just took a scholarship in February and now has left DC and the team high and dry. If he's burned out now, he was probably feeling it then, and should've saved everyone a bunch of trouble.

The burnt out comment could be hearsay and if the guy has some non-foreseen issues he need to tend to, good luck to getting them resolved, but if he just got tired of playing....
 
Puetz just decided he wanted to pursue Veterinarian interest at Kansas. Tired of football. Criss wants to be closer to home transferring to Nebraska. Home is Omaha.
